We are seeking an Accountant to join our team and contribute to the financial well-being of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, and a proficient knowledge of QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations
Perform reconciliations of accounts
Prepare financial statements and reports
Utilize Excel extensively, including pivot tables and other advanced functions
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and within a team
No degree required, but relevant accounting experience is preferred
Position Details:
Position: Basic Accountant
Employment Type: Hourly, Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours negotiable)
